THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL KANSAS,
SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

HEAT INDICES ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 100 TO 104 DEGREES THIS
AFTERNOON ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHEAST AND SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS...AND
HOVER NEAR 100 DEGREES FOR THE SALINA AREA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS FROM LATE WEDNESDAY INTO
THURSDAY MORNING ACROSS CENTRAL KANSAS. A LOCALLY STRONG STORM
AND SOME WITH HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY EVENING
AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE AREAWIDE FROM FRIDAY
NIGHT THROUGH THE WEEKEND...AND LINGER INTO MONDAY. WHILE
ORGANIZED SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME...STRONG
STORMS AND SOME WITH HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE.
