STRONG THUNDERSTORM 12 MILES WEST OF ARTHUR...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15
MPH.

HAIL UP TO ONE-HALF INCH IN DIAMETER IS EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM...
ALONG WITH HEAVY RAIN AND FREQUENT DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.
