...AN AREA OF HEAVY SNOW WILL AFFECT NORTHERN ROCK...NORTHEASTERN
BROWN...HOLT...EASTERN KEYA PAHA AND BOYD COUNTIES...

At 657 AM CDT, an area of heavy snow was located along a line
extending from near Ainsworth to O`neill. Movement was east at 55
mph. The heavy snow extended north across Keya Paha and Boyd
counties.

Snowfall rates of 1 to 1 and 1/2 inches per hour are underway. Roads
will become snow and slush covered.

Locations impacted include...
O`neill, Bassett, Spencer, Springview, Atkinson, Stuart, Ewing,
Butte, Long Pine, Lynch, Page, Newport, Naper, Gross, Inman, Bristow,
Emmet, Dustin, Burton and Anoka.

Visibilities will drop quickly to a quarter of a mile in this area
of heavy snow.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.
