PARTS OF CENTRAL KENTUCKY EARLY THIS MORNING. THE FOG IS EXPECTED
TO PERSIST THROUGH SUNRISE. BE SURE TO SLOW DOWN AND USE YOUR LOW
BEAMS IN FOGGY AREAS.
