This Outlook is for Northwest and West Central Arkansas as well as
much of Eastern Oklahoma.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

No hazardous weather is anticipated through tonight.

Spotter Activation Not Expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
FRIDAY...Thunderstorm Potential...High Wind Potential.
SATURDAY...Severe Thunderstorm...High Wind Potential and Heavy
Rain Potential.
SUNDAY and Monday...No Hazards.

Quiet weather will persist through at least Thursday, with a more
active weather pattern developing by the weekend. Gusty southerly
winds will develop Friday into Saturday ahead of an approaching
upper level trough and attendant cold front. Thunderstorm chances
will increase substantially Saturday evening through the overnight
hours as the front pushes through eastern Oklahoma and western
Arkansas. An elevated severe weather potential will exist, in
addition to a threat for locally heavy rainfall. Thunderstorm
chances will decrease from northwest to southeast Sunday morning
as cooler and drier air moves in behind the front.
