MUCH OF EASTERN OKLAHOMA.

THUNDERSTORMS WITH DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.
RISK...ELEVATED.
AREA...EASTERN OKLAHOMA....WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.
ONSET...ONGOING.


FLASH FLOOD.
RISK...LIMITED.
AREA...EASTERN OKLAHOMA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.

DISCUSSION...
THE RISK FOR SEVERE WEATHER ALONG WITH THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS PUSHED
TO THE EAST OF THE AREA. RAIN...AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORM CHANCES
WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT...MAINLY ACROSS FAR EASTERN OKLAHOMA...WEST
CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. WHILE RAINFALL INTENSITY AND HOURLY
RATES HAVE LESSENED ACROSS THE AREAS THAT HAVE SEEN THE MOST RAIN
TODAY...A LIMITED RISK FOR FLOODING WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT WITH
RAIN CHANCES REMAINING IN THE FORECAST.


SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
ACTIVATION OF THE REGIONAL SPOTTER NETWORK IS NOT EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.
TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE UPCOMING
WEEK INTO NEXT WEEKEND.  THERE WILL LIKELY BE SEVERAL
MORE ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE REGION WHICH WILL
ONLY WORSEN ONGOING FLOOD CONDITIONS.  LATER FORECASTS
WILL REFINE THE LOCATIONS FOR THE HEAVIEST RAINS.
