TOWNER...AND RUGBY AREAS. VISIBILITY MAY BE REDUCED TO AROUND
ONE- QUARTER MILE AT TIMES. TRAVELERS ARE URGED TO USED
CAUTION...ESPECIALLY AROUND INTERSECTIONS AND RAILROAD CROSSINGS.
THE FOG WILL GRADUALLY DISSIPATE AS SNOW STARTS TO DEVELOP OVER
THE AREA THIS MORNING.
