This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Gusty south to southwest winds will result in extreme grassland
fire danger across southeast Kansas this afternoon. For details,
please refer to the Red Flag Warning.

Very high grassland fire danger is also expected this afternoon
across all of south central Kansas, as well as parts of central
Kansas to the east of a Salina to Lyons line.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Widely scattered thunderstorms are possible for all areas from
Sunday Night thru Monday Morning and for areas along, and east, of
I-135 Monday Afternoon and Monday Evening. The thunderstorms should
be neither strong nor severe.

Spotter activation is not anticipated today or tonight.
