The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Muskogee County in east central Oklahoma...

* Until 700 PM CDT

* At 453 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
  the advisory area. 1 to 2 inches of rain have fallen in less than
  an hour.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Muskogee...                       Oktaha...
  Braggs...                         Taft...
  Greenleaf State Park...           Keefeton...
  Wainwright...                     Summit...

Additional rainfall of up to an inch is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.


Stay away from flooded areas. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.
