INCHES...AS A 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE TROUGH EXTENDS FROM THE CENTRAL
PLAINS TO HUDSON BAY. THE HIGH PRESSURE WILL SLIDE TO THE EAST MONDAY
EVENING. THE MAIN PART OF THE TROUGH WILL DEEPEN TO 29.2 INCHES OVER
MANITOBA MONDAY EVENING...THEN WEAKEN TO 29.7 INCHES OVER
