Past 24 hour precipitation...
A trace to 0.10 inches of precipitation fell across the
ridges in MD and WV as a result of Florence early Tuesday morning.
A shortwave moved through eastern OH, the panhandle of WV, and western
PA Wednesday morning that produced 0.10 to 0.30 inches of
precipitation.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
No precipitation is forecast for the next 48 hours.

River trends...
The Allegheny, Monongahela, and Youghiogheny Rivers have crested and
are lowering.  Points along the Ohio River downstream of the Point at
Pittsburgh will crest Wednesday morning through the afternoon,
lowering thereafter.  All rivers are currently below Action Stage and
are forecast to remain below Action Stage through the 48 hour period.
