Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 1.00 to 2.00
inches.

River trends...
The Allegheny and Ohio River basins will gradually rise within the
24 to 48 hour period, but are not expected to reach flood stage.

The Monongahela and Youghiogheny Rivers will see a quick rise
within the 24 to 48 hour period, with river levels increasing
by two to four feet.  A few locations may reach
Action Stage, however Flood Stage is not anticipated.
