Past 24 hour precipitation...
A band of of precipitation set up across eastern Washington,
extreme southern Allegheny, Westmoreland, and Indiana
Counties where 0.30 to 1.50 inches of rainfall occured.
Isolated, heavier amounts of 1.70 to 2.00 inches fell across
Westmoreland County.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 0.10 to 0.30
inches in the ridges.  Elsewhere, minimal or no precipitation
is expected.

River trends...
The Allegheny, Monongahela and Youghiogheny Rivers will continue
to fall over the 48 hour period. The Ohio River has crested at
Pittsburgh, and will continue to fall.  Areas downstream along the
Ohio River are cresting this morning and afternoon, trending
downward thereafter.
