Past 24 hour precipitation...
General precipitation amounts of 0.10 to 0.50 inches
fell across the Ohio, Monongahela, Youghiogheny, and Cheat
River basins within the last 24 hours. Higher amounts
ranging from 0.50 to 1.30 inches fell across the Allegheny
River basin.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...

with highest amounts expected in higher elevations in West Virginia.
The majority of rainfall will occur within the initial 24 hour period,

River trends...

or reach Action Level stage this afternoon and evening, specifically
at Rimer and Mosgrove in Armstrong County.

Otherwise, district rivers will continue to rise over the 48 hour
period in response to forecast, continued rainfall, on average of
1 to 3 feet.

Another, wetter system will provide additional rainfall
by midweek, with many locations in the district progged to reach
Action Level stage.
