National Weather Service Buffalo NY
335 AM EST Wed Jan 11 2017

A deep storm system just south of James Bay this morning will bring
strong winds across the region this early morning...with winds
rapidly decreasing through the late morning and early afternoon
hours. Rain, and higher elevation snow will end through the morning
as a cold front passes...with the remainder of the day dry; and the
return of some sunshine will allow for temperatures to climb into
the lower 40s. Another wave of low pressure will bring rain to the
region late tonight and through Thursday, with precipitation
tapering off with some wet snow Thursday night.
