A deep storm system parked over the northern plains will push a fast
but moisture rich frontal boundary across our region this morning
with widespread rain that will be quickly followed by partial
clearing this afternoon. Another period of rain can be expected on
Wednesday...particularly east of the Genesee Valley as a cold front
