EAST OF THE GENESEE VALLEY THROUGH TODAY WHILE AREAS TO THE WEST
WILL SEE SCATTERED SHOWERS DEVELOPING BY THIS AFTERNOON...AFTER A
FOGGY START TO THE DAY. SHOWERS WILL LINGER ACROSS THE REGION AND
TEMPERATURES WILL TURN MUCH COOLER BY THE WEEKEND AS A COMPLEX UPPER
LOW MEANDERS ACROSS THE LOWER GREAT LAKES.
