WINNEBAGO...EASTERN WAUSHARA...EASTERN WAUPACA...OUTAGAMIE...CENTRAL SHAWANO AND MANITOWOC COUNTIES THROUGH 1130 PM CDT... At 1043 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Southern Lake Winnebago, or near North Fond Du Lac, moving northeast at 65 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, Manitowoc, Menasha, Kaukauna, Little Chute, New London, Kimberly, and Chilton. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding.
