National Weather Service Pueblo Co

...Red Flag Warning in effect for portions of the area from Noon
MDT through 7 PM MDT Tuesday...

.Discussion...

A cool front will cross the district late tonight and tomorrow
morning, and this will bring cooler air to the region along with
increasing low level moisture. Another dry and windy day is
expected across the San Luis Valley on Tuesday though. Wednesday
will be sharply cooler across all of the district and there will
be a good chance of wetting rains across most of the district.

Warmer temperatures will return to the region by late week,
however a monsoon pattern will develop over the district bringing
a chance of showers and storms to the area.

Smoke dispersion is expected to be good to excellent across the
area on Tuesday. Smoke dispersion is expected to be poor to good
across the plains on Wednesday, and excellent across the mountains
and mountain valleys.

--- thunderstorms imply strong gusty and erratic winds ---
