WEATHER SUMMARY FOR WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEW YORK
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE BUFFALO NY
753 PM EDT SUN JUL 6 2014

THE HIGH PRESSURE THAT BROUGHT US DELIGHTFUL WEATHER FOR THE HOLIDAY
WEEKEND WILL NOW GIVE WAY TO A SLOW MOVING STORM SYSTEM OVER THE
UPPER GREAT LAKES. THIS FEATURE WILL PUSH A PAIR OF COLD FRONTS
ACROSS THE REGION DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS...AND THIS WILL
RESULT IN AT LEAST TWO ROUNDS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...SOME OF
WHICH COULD INCLUDE SOME HEAVY RAIN AND EVEN THE RISK OF SEVERE
WEATHER. HIGH PRESSURE AND COOLER DRIER WEATHER WILL RETURN FOR THE
LATTER PORTION OF THE WEEK.
