CONDITIONS WILL SIGNIFICANTLY DETERIORATE THIS WEEKEND WITH A HEAVY
RAIN EVENT. A DEVELOPING UNUSUALLY WELL ORGANIZED STORM SYSTEM FOR
THIS TIME OF YEAR WILL STALL OVER THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY SATURDAY
WHILE PRODUCING BETWEEN AN INCH AND A HALF AND THREE INCHES OF RAIN
FOR OUR REGION THROUGH SUNDAY. A BRIEF WINDOW OF IMPROVEMENT IS
EXPECTED MONDAY BUT THE FIRST HALF OF THE WEEK WILL REMAIN BELOW
NORMAL IN TEMPERATURES WITH MORE UNSETTLED WEATHER BY MONDAY
NIGHT INTO TUESDAY.
