Past 24 hour precipitation...
No precipitation was observed over the 24 hour period with the
exception for southern Muskingum and northern Noble Counties in
Ohio, where 0.10 to 0.50 inches was observed locally.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 0.10 to 0.50 inches,
with highest amounts located across the southern portion of the forecast
area.

River trends...
District river levels are expected to fluctuate within one to two
feet of observed stages as of 7 AM ET.

Due to scheduled maintenance at Sharpsburg L/D 2 the Allegheny
River from Sharpsburg HT lower pool (effectively the Pittsburgh
pool and lower pool for Braddock) will be lower than normal by
roughly 1 foot through August 26th.
