ACROSS THE REGION FRIDAY MORNING...LINGERING SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING OUT OF THE DAKOTAS AND MINNESOTA.
ELSEWHERE...A CLEAR SKY WAS OBSERVED IN EASTERN MONTANA AND THE
WESTERN DAKOTAS. PATCHY CLOUDS REMAIN IN PARTS OF THE CENTRAL
DAKOTAS AND MANITOBA. TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE MID 50S WEST...TO THE
UPPER 60S EAST.

FRIDAY AFTERNOON...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL ONCE
AGAIN DEVELOP IN MINNESOTA. OTHERWISE BREEZY CONDITIONS WITH A MOSTLY
SUNNY SKY CAN BE EXPECTED FOR THE REST OF THE NORTHERN HIGH
PLAINS. HIGHS WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 70S IN SOUTHEAST
SASKATCHEWAN...TO THE UPPER 80S IN CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN SOUTH
DAKOTA.

CLOUDS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE FRIDAY NIGHT OVER SOUTHEAST SASKATCHEWAN
AND SOUTHERN MANITOBA AS ANOTHER COLD FRONT APPROACHES. THIS WILL
LEAD TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHERN NORTH DAKOTA
AND WESTERN MINNESOTA SATURDAY INTO SUNDAY. DRY BUT WINDY CONDITIONS
CAN BE EXPECTED ELSEWHERE ON SATURDAY. A SURGE OF COOLER AIR SUNDAY
WILL RESULT IN HIGHS FROM THE UPPER 60S NORTH TO UPPER 70S SOUTH.
