THIS MORNING...AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WAS LOCATED OVER NORTH
CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. DENSE FOG WAS PERSISTING OVER EASTERN PORTIONS OF
THE NORTHERN PLAINS...WITH PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE. ISOLATED TO
SCATTERED LIGHT SNOW WAS FALLING IN EASTERN MONTANA AND PARTS OF
THE WESTERN DAKOTAS.

FOR THE REST OF THE DAY...AREAS OF FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE
LATE MORNING IN THE EAST. LOW PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE
SOUTHEAST ACROSS SOUTH DAKOTA AND INTO MINNESOTA. EXPECT
ACCUMULATING LIGHT SNOW...SPREADING EAST THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND
INTO TUESDAY.

EXPECT ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES THIS WEEK ACROSS NORTH
DAKOTA...WITH HIGHS IN THE 20S AND 30S FOR MUCH OF THIS WEEK. COLDER
CONDITIONS BY THE END OF THE WEEK WITH HIGHS FRIDAY EXPECTED TO
RANGE FROM 5 ABOVE TO THE UPPER TEENS.
