A winter storm will move in from the west today, with light to
moderate snow over the eastern Dakotas and most of Minnesota.
Snow will continue across much of Minnesota through tonight as the
storm system slowly moves eastward. The heaviest snow will fall
across southern and eastern Minnesota, where Winter Storm Warnings
have been issued for over 6 inches of snow. Winter Weather
Advisories have been issued for eastern South Dakota, extreme
southeastern North Dakota, and for all of Minnesota except for the
northwest portion of the state. Snowfall amounts between 3 and 5
inches will be likely in areas with Winter Weather Advisories.

Dry weather returns to the region tomorrow with slightly warmer
temperatures. High temperatures tomorrow will be in the 20s and
30s with breezy westerly winds during the afternoon.

Even warmer air moves in on Monday with highs in the 30s and 40s.
Dry conditions will continue through Monday night.
