IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES OVER EASTERN ONTARIO
WILL MOVE TO QUEBEC AND NEW ENGLAND SUNDAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7
INCHES OVER THE DAKOTAS WILL MOVE TO MANITOBA TONIGHT...THEN
SLOWLY MOVE EAST ACROSS ONTARIO MONDAY INTO TUESDAY. A TRAILING
COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE LAKE SUNDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE
OF 30.2 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY MIDWEEK.
