THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING OVER THE SUMMIT OF INTERSTATE 80 BETWEEN
LARAMIE AND CHEYENNE...INCLUDING BUFORD AND VEDAUWOO.

WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DECREASE AFTER EARLY THIS EVENING.
