SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT PORTIONS OF CARBON
AND CONVERSE COUNTIES LATE THIS AFTERNOON. THIS WILL COMBINE WITH
LOCALIZED WIND GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH TO PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING
SNOW AND BLACK ICE. VISIBILITIES MAY BE REDUCED TO UNDER ONE MILE
AT TIMES IN FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW.

TRAVEL WILL BE HAZARDOUS WITH SLICK ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES
IN SNOW SHOWERS. SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME TO REACH YOUR
DESTINATION.
