...SNOW AND HIGH WINDS POSSIBLE ACROSS EAST CENTRAL WYOMING AND
THE WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE ON MONDAY...

A STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS
ON MONDAY. STRONG NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE SYSTEM...SETTING THE STAGE FOR POTENTIALLY
SIGNIFICANT WIND GUSTS ON MONDAY AFTERNOON. ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL
IS ALSO A POSSIBILITY. WHILE THE PLACEMENT AND INTENSITY OF SNOW
REMAINS UNCLEAR AT THIS TIME...VISIBILITIES COULD BE SIGNIFICANTLY
REDUCED IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW. AS A RESULT...TRAVEL COULD
BECOME HAZARDOUS. THOSE WITH TRAVEL PLANS SHOULD STAY TUNED FOR
LATER STATEMENTS AND POSSIBLE ADVISORIES.
