SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS NEAR 60
MPH WILL OCCUR THROUGH MID MORNING ACROSS THE UPPER NORTH PLATTE
RIVER BASIN. THERE WILL ALSO BE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW AND
VISIBILITIES UNDER ONE MILE AT TIMES.
