WEST WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH WITH LOCALIZED GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. MOTORISTS TRAVELING IN
LIGHTWEIGHT AND HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ALONG INTERSTATE 80 OR 25
THIS MORNING SHOULD BE PREPARED TO ENCOUNTER STRONG WIND GUSTS
BETWEEN CHEYENNE AND LARAMIE AND CHOOSE AN ALTERNATE ROUTE IF
NECESSARY. THESE WIND GUSTS WILL LIKELY PERSIST THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON BEFORE SUBSIDING BY EVENING.
