SPEEDS WILL REMAIN NEAR THESE LEVELS THROUGH THE BULK OF THE
MORNING...BEFORE WEAKENING THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. INTERSTATE
80 AND HIGHWAY 30 BETWEEN RAWLINS AND LARAMIE WILL BE MOST
IMPACTED BY THESE STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS THIS MORNING.
