...Gusty Winds Between Rawlins and Laramie...

Southwest wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph can be expected along
Interstate 80 between Rawlins and Laramie and along the eastern
slopes of the Snowy Range through 2 AM. These winds are expected
to gradually weaken through overnight. Although these speeds are
expected to remain below critical thresholds, travelers in light
or high profile vehicles should be prepared to encounter sudden
crosswinds along this portion of Interstate 80.
