...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EASTERN BOX BUTTE AND NORTHERN
MORRILL COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM MDT...

At 703 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles northeast of Berea, or 16 miles north of Alliance, moving
southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Alliance, Alliance Municipal Airport, and Wild Horse Butte.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM MDT for
the Panhandle of Nebraska.
