COUNTY BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 1 AND 9.
 U.S. HIGHWAY 23 IN FLOYD COUNTY BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 18 AND 21.
 U.S. HIGHWAY 23 IN JOHNSON COUNTY BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 0 AND 8...AND
NEAR MILE MARKER 12.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS...WHICH WILL
CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS. LOCALIZED FLOODING IS ALSO
