AT 605 PM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF
COWAN...OR 12 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MAYSVILLE...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
FLEMINGSBURG...POPLAR PLAINS...CRAINTOWN...NEPTON...ELIZAVILLE...
COWAN...MOUNT CARMEL...FOXPORT...EWING AND FLEMINGSBURG JUNCTION.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM...WHICH WILL
CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS. LOCALIZED FLOODING IS ALSO
POSSIBLE. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM.
LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE MILES AWAY FROM A THUNDERSTORM. SEEK A SAFE
SHELTER INSIDE A BUILDING OR VEHICLE.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 PM EDT FOR
