...Locally Dense Fog and Patchy Frost Possible Tonight...

Fog will develop tonight, and some of it may become locally
dense, with visibility reduced to one-quarter mile or less in a
few spots. The dense fog will be most likely near rivers, streams,
larger creeks, and lakes. The fog will lift and dissipate by 10
AM Wednesday.

Where fog does not form, patchy frost will be possible toward dawn
on Wednesday morning in a few sheltered areas and valley
locations mainly in far eastern Kentucky, but most places will
not experience any frost. Temperatures will bottom out in the
upper 30s in most locations, but a few colder readings in the
middle 30s will occur. Sensitive plants and vegetation may be
harmed or killed should frost occur. Any frost should dissipate
by 10 AM Wednesday.
