ROCKCASTLE AND SOUTHWESTERN CLAY COUNTIES...

At 736 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Indian Lakes Park to near Ruth to
near Sloans Valley to near Cumberland Falls S.P. to near Red Ash.
Movement was east at 45 mph.

Wind gusts as highs as 40 to 50 mph and dime size hail are possible
with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Somerset, London, Williamsburg, Barbourville, Irvine, Mount Vernon,
Pineville, Manchester, McKee, Whitley City, Boone, Science Hill,
Burnside, Ravenna, Donaro, Bummer, Fariston, Brightshade, Varilla and
Swan Lake.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
