PM MDT...

At 240 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Deer Creek, or 21 miles west of Douglas, moving east at 40 mph.

Wind gusts to 55 mph will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Glenrock, Rolling Hills and Deer Creek.

This includes Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 144 and
168.
