PATCHY DENSE FOG FORMED JUST BEFORE DAYBREAK OVER THE SOUTH
LARAMIE RANGE AND FOOTHILLS...INCLUDING THE INTERSTATE 80
SUMMIT. VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN A QUARTER
MILE AT TIMES. THE FOG WILL DISSIPATE BY MID MORNING.

MOTORISTS TRAVELING ALONG INTERSTATE 80 BETWEEN LARAMIE AND
CHEYENNE SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES
AND REDUCE SPEEDS WHEN ENCOUNTERING FOG.
