FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.
Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.
.SYNOPSIS...
Northeast winds across much of the lake and will continue through
the rest of today over the central and southern sections of the
lake with gusts to 25 knots this morning and then gusts to 20
knots continuing through the afternoon. Winds will then ease
tonight and light to modest east to northeast winds will then
prevail for Saturday into Saturday night. As another system pushes
through Sunday winds will remain modest turning from east to
northwest through the day.
