AT 331 AM EDT...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WAS ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM GRAYSON TO NEAR YATESVILLE LAKE STATE PARK TO ELNA TO
BONANZA TO HIPPO TO NEAR ELMROCK TO VIPER TO BIG ROCK...AND MOVING
EAST AT 45 MPH.

WINDS GUSTS AROUND 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE
STORMS...ESPECIALLY ON THE RIDGES.

PIKEVILLE...HAZARD...PAINTSVILLE...PRESTONSBURG...WHITESBURG...
SALYERSVILLE...HINDMAN...INEZ...SANDY HOOK...HYDEN...MASON...

WHEELWRIGHT...FLEMING-NEON...LYNCH AND MARTIN.

POSSIBLE. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS.
LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE MILES AWAY FROM A THUNDERSTORM. SEEK A SAFE
SHELTER INSIDE A BUILDING OR VEHICLE.
