WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH AND PEA SIZE HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS
STORM.

ELKHORN CITY...ASHCAMP...BIGGS...MOUTHCARD...FEDSCREEK...BELCHER...
TOONERVILLE...ROCKHOUSE...LOOKOUT...CEDARVILLE AND MARROWBONE.

THIS INCLUDES U.S. HIGHWAY 23 IN PIKE COUNTY BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 5
AND 8.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM...WHICH WILL
CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS. LOCALIZED FLOODING IS ALSO
POSSIBLE. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS.
