AT 426 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN IN THE VICINITY OF
CLAYTON...OR 11 MILES NORTH OF SMITHFIELD... MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10
TO 15 MPH.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
SMITHFIELD...CLAYTON...MICRO...SELMA...PINE LEVEL...KENLY...
MIDDLESEX...BUCKHORN RESERVOIR...FLOWERS AND EMIT. TRAVEL ALONG I-95
NORTH OF SMITHFIELD WILL ALSO BE IMPACTED FROM THESE STORMS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL QUICKLY REDUCE VISIBILITY AND RESULT IN
PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS. DRIVERS ARE URGED TO SLOW DOWN AND USE
