00z aviation discussion updated below.

.SHORT TERM...(This Evening through Thursday Afternoon)
Issued at 145 PM CDT Wed Jul 26 2017

A quiet weather pattern is in place over the next day. Sfc high
pressure over the eastern Dakotas will keep conditions dry through
Thursday afternoon. Lee side troughing and southerly flow will
produce warmer conditions west of the Missouri River than in the
remainder of the cwa. However, temperatures are still expected to be
right around normal for late July across the region.

.LONG TERM...(Thursday Evening through Wednesday)
Issued at 145 PM CDT Wed Jul 26 2017

The low-level jet early Friday morning may result in some slight
precip chances in the far western CWA, so added pops in Western
Corson and Dewey County to reflect that.

With building high pressure in the lower levels over the Midwest,
the warmest temperatures aloft will be in the western high plains.
The result being that temperatures will remain about average across
the region throughout the forecast period. This will bring continued
relief from the recent excessive heat. The mid-level ridge will
also begin to intensify resulting in west to northwest flow over the
region. Though models depict a few shortwaves moving across the
area, low mixed-layer dewpoints and mostly stable air should limit
severe convection for the most part.
