UPDATE...
RECENT HIGH RES MODELS DEPICT ONGOING SHOWER/STORM ACTIVITY MAY
TRY TO MAKE A RUN AT FAR WESTERN OK SOMETIME AFTER 2AM.
THEREFORE...EXPANDED SLIGHT CHANCE POPS A BIT FURTHER WEST AND
SOUTH. GIVEN VERY LITTLE INSTABILITY...WOULD BE SURPRISED TO SEE
MUCH THUNDER...BUT A FEW DECAYING SHOWERS/WEAK STORMS WILL BE
POSSIBLE FROM ROUGHLY 2AM THROUGH 7AM. COVERAGE LOOKS TO BE VERY
SPOTTY. OTHERWISE...ONLY MINOR ADJUSTMENTS TO TEMPS WERE NEEDED.

DISCUSSION...

AVIATION...
VFR CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED UNTIL 012400. LIGHT EAST WIND WILL
BECOME SOUTHEAST MONDAY.

PREV DISCUSSION... /ISSUED 215 PM CDT SUN MAY 31 2015/

DISCUSSION...
CLOUDS ON THE BACKSIDE OF THE UPPER LOW CONT THIS AFTN ACROSS THE
EASTERN THIRD TO HALF OF THE FA. THESE CLOUDS WILL BE SLOW TO MOVE
OUT OF THE AREA. MEANWHILE... A DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE THROUGH THE
FLOW LATER TONIGHT/MONDAY MORNING WHICH WILL BRING A LOW CHANCE OF
SHOWERS/STORMS TO PARTS OF THE FA.

THE MODELS SHOW THAT THE UPPER RIDGE WILL BE SLOW TO BUILD IN BEHIND
THE UPPER LOW. THIS MEANS THERE WILL BE ANOTHER LOW CHANCE FOR
SHOWERS/STORMS MONDAY NIGHT AS ANOTHER DISTURBANCE MOVES ACROSS THE
AREA. MODELS SHOW THE RIDGE TRYING TO BECOME A LITTLE STRONGER
TOWARDS THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK BUT SEVERAL SHORTWAVES MOVING ACROSS
THE REGION COULD BREAK DOWN THE UPPER RIDGE HAMPERING THE BUILDING
HIGH. THESE SHORTWAVES WILL BRING MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOW CHANCES
OF SHOWERS/STORMS... ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE NORTH LATE THIS WEEK INTO
THE WEEKEND. MODELS ALSO SHOW A WEAK COLD FRONT MOVING INTO PARTS OF
THE AREA LATE THIS WEEK INTO THE WEEKEND.

ALL THIS MEANS IS THERE WILL BE SOME LOW CHANCES FOR RAIN VARIOUS
TIMES THIS WEEK BUT NO WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED AND OVERALL
FOR MOST PEOPLE THIS WILL BE A DRY WEEK. OTHERWISE... HIGHS WILL BE
MOSTLY IN THE 70S AND 80S THIS WEEK WITH A FEW DAYS OF BREEZY SOUTH
WINDS.
